4. Use Q&A And Reduce Support Work
In every industry, there are some specific questions raised more often by customers. As the store owner providing answers to questions isn't a problem, but answering the same question, again and again, creates hindrance and doesn't let you grow!
Based on your customers' queries, you can create a predefined list of questions to reduce your staffing cost and time.
Every user leverages different keywords to define his/her problem. However, the answer to the question remains the same. That's why in the Q&A panel, you can set the keywords that your customers tend to use the maximum time to form interaction with the support members.
In the "If the user says" block, enter the terms that your customers might use for the interaction [press 'enter' to separate phrases]. And in the "Bot Replies Randomly With" block, add the most relevant answers for each question.
Such as-if a customer types "restaurant" or "restaurant near" or "restaurant nearby" or "restaurant in my locality". The bot will respond with answers like-
These are the top Restaurants Near Your location!
- Green Restaurant
- Spice Caves
- Vintage Machine
- The Central Feast
- CamCook
Create a Q&A workflow for the same using the listed steps.
- Go to the Q&A tab >> Click on the New Q&A Group
- In the section – If a user says something similar to – enter terms like "restaurant" or "restaurant near" or "restaurant nearby" or "restaurant in my locality".
- Now in the Bot randomly replies with: section start adding your answers. Here you can add text replies or use the blocks created in the Stories section.
Note
- You can add up to 5 text replies and 5 Blocks for different queries.
- Use the template strings [{{first_name}}{{last_name}}{{name}}{{input}}] to make your answer look more personalized.
- You can create up to unlimited groups for FAQ. Click on "Add New Group" and create as many knowledge base questions as you want for your business.
After creating your Q/A bot you would be able to provide personalized surroundings to your customers and reduce support work. Moreover, you would be able to enhance your relationship with customers.
With this, you've created your first Messenger bot. Now it's time to check your bot responsiveness.
5. Perform Real-Time Bot Testing

If you've implemented all the above steps and even after the cross-check your bot isn't responding. Contact our support team, they'll be available as soon they receive your message.
